To register in the app, you need to enter your phone number and a code you’ll receive via SMS and agree to the privacy policy.

Setting up your profile

* To find out more about the advantages of being an activist, tap the question mark to the right of your status.
Activists are people who combine requests, organize storage points and submit large amounts of recyclables to collectors.
You can add several addresses and choose your main one. To remove an address, tap the X on the right

To become an activist, add at least one address – it will be shown to other users when they choose an activist

To start working with a request, tap ‘Submit request’

Choose the recyclable
Enter the weight and add a picture of the recyclable

Forming a request

You can add other types of recyclables. You can change the weight and the picture by tapping the pencil icon during the process of forming the request.
You can also delete extra recyclables here.
Add a comment to the request if needed

Choose one of the addresses you’ve entered earlier or add a new one by choosing the location on the map or entering it manually

You can only offer your request to an activist by choosing them from the list or searching for activist addresses on the map

Managing the request

The activist can offer the request to a collector by choosing the appropriate metro station

The activist can also see the prices that recycling points suggest to the collectors
You can delete the request and specify a reason

If you are an activist, don’t forget to rate the user and/or collector after you’ve collected/submitted the recyclables as well

Closing the request.
After submitting the recyclables to a collector or an activist you can close the request. Just tap the ‘Close request’ button and rate the activist or the collector.

To make interaction easier there is a built-in text translator, it will always help you communicate with the respondents. To activate it, tap on the corresponding button in the menu.
The collector can be assigned to or dismissed from a request, blocked (in this case you will no longer be able to assign this collector to other requests) and reported.
To facilitate interaction there are a number of premade messages:

Chat

You can respond to a request or report it by opening the chat.
The requests can be found on the map.

Managing other requests

Sort the request by status: completion status, chat availability and read/unread messages
Sort the requests by recyclable category
Sort the request by weight, date or address

You can also ask to be assigned as the collector by tapping ‘Ask to be assigned’. The user who submitted the request will be notified

To submit the collected recyclables, deliver it to the collection point, then tap on ‘Submit’ and scan the QR code
After collecting the recyclables, they are moved to the ‘Trunk’ tab in the app. When the trunk is full, you can proceed to the recycling point to unload
