User agreement policy
This Agreement governs the relationship between SLOG, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", on the one hand, and any individual using the Application, on the other hand, hereinafter referred to as the "User", collectively referred to as the "Parties", and individually –"Party".
This Agreement, in accordance with Article 435 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is an offer addressed to any individuals, and can be accepted by an individual by joining the Agreement as a whole.
An offer is recognized as an offer addressed to one or several specific persons, which is quite definite and expresses the intention of the person who made the offer to consider himself to have entered into an agreement with the addressee who will accept the offer.
With regard to the form of concluding this Agreement, the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation shall apply.
This Agreement, in accordance with Article 435 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is an offer addressed to any individuals, and can be accepted by an individual by joining the Agreement as a whole.

Company – SP Bondarenko Petr Vladimirovich
User – any person accessing the Application via the Internet.
Application – SLOG software application for devices with Internet access, running on iOS and Android operating systems, or other interfaces through which the User can access the Application.
Acceptance of the Agreement – by proper acceptance of the offer in accordance with paragraph 3 of Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is the performance by the User of actions to start using the SLOG Application, including copying the SLOG Application or installing the SLOG Application on the User's devices and other actions related to the use of the Application. After the acceptance of the Agreement, the User is considered to have accepted unconditionally and in full the terms of this Agreement.
Registration is the procedure for the User to provide the information necessary to identify him in the Application.
Authorization – identification of the User when providing access to the Application.
User (Account) – a record stored in the Application containing information necessary to identify the User when providing access to the Application and information for Authorization. This record includes the phone number for identification and the password that is received via SMS.
User Profile (Profile) – a section of the Application available to the User after Registration, through which the User manages their Account, posts Materials and performs other actions related to the use of the Application, and which contains the current environment of the User (personal data).
Personal data processing policy – SLOG's personal data processing policy posted on the Internet at: privacy policy en and in the Appendix in the "Information" section.
User – any person accessing the Application via the Internet.
Application – SLOG software application for devices with Internet access, running on iOS and Android operating systems, or other interfaces through which the User can access the Application.
Acceptance of the Agreement – by proper acceptance of the offer in accordance with paragraph 3 of Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is the performance by the User of actions to start using the SLOG Application, including copying the SLOG Application or installing the SLOG Application on the User's devices and other actions related to the use of the Application. After the acceptance of the Agreement, the User is considered to have accepted unconditionally and in full the terms of this Agreement.
Registration is the procedure for the User to provide the information necessary to identify him in the Application.
Authorization – identification of the User when providing access to the Application.
User (Account) – a record stored in the Application containing information necessary to identify the User when providing access to the Application and information for Authorization. This record includes the phone number for identification and the password that is received via SMS.
User Profile (Profile) – a section of the Application available to the User after Registration, through which the User manages their Account, posts Materials and performs other actions related to the use of the Application, and which contains the current environment of the User (personal data).
Personal data processing policy – SLOG's personal data processing policy posted on the Internet at: privacy policy en and in the Appendix in the "Information" section.
3.1. The Company grants Users a license to use the Application in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and also provides Users with the opportunity to use the services of third parties available in the Application in accordance with separate user agreements of such third parties, including, but not limited to, by forming and sending requests from Users to such third parties. A specific list of services is available to the User directly in the Application interface and may change. The application is provided for download and use on the territory of the Russian Federation.
3.2. The Company has the right to engage third parties to work with the Application without the consent of the User and without providing additional information to the User.
3.3. All issues of acquiring Internet access, purchasing and adjusting relevant equipment (devices) and software products are decided by the User independently and are not subject to this Agreement.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to change this Agreement without the consent of the User and without notifying the latter. All changes to this Agreement are published in public access on the Internet and in the Application.
3.5. The obligation to comply with the provisions of this Agreement arises for any person from the moment of registration in the Application. Any use of the Application means the full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of this license agreement.
3.6. If the User does not agree to comply with this Agreement in full, such User undertakes to immediately stop using the Application.
3.7. The User agrees and acknowledges that they use the Application solely at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any direct damages, any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages caused as a result of the use or inability to use the Application.
3.8. By using the Application, the User agrees that the following document is an integral part of this Program License: Personal Data Processing Policy.
3.2. The Company has the right to engage third parties to work with the Application without the consent of the User and without providing additional information to the User.
3.3. All issues of acquiring Internet access, purchasing and adjusting relevant equipment (devices) and software products are decided by the User independently and are not subject to this Agreement.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to change this Agreement without the consent of the User and without notifying the latter. All changes to this Agreement are published in public access on the Internet and in the Application.
3.5. The obligation to comply with the provisions of this Agreement arises for any person from the moment of registration in the Application. Any use of the Application means the full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of this license agreement.
3.6. If the User does not agree to comply with this Agreement in full, such User undertakes to immediately stop using the Application.
3.7. The User agrees and acknowledges that they use the Application solely at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any direct damages, any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages caused as a result of the use or inability to use the Application.
3.8. By using the Application, the User agrees that the following document is an integral part of this Program License: Personal Data Processing Policy.
4.1. Registration of the User in the Application is carried out by filling out the appropriate registration form.
4.2. The user undertakes to provide true, complete and accurate information about themselves in the registration form and to keep this information up to date.
4.3. If the User provides incorrect/incorrect information, or the Company has serious grounds to believe that the information provided by them is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, the Company has the right to suspend or cancel the user's registration and refuse to use the Application.
4.4. From the moment of Registration, the User acquires the status of a registered User and has the opportunity to use the full functionality of the Application.
4.5. From the moment of Registration, the User agrees to the use by the Company of the User's personal data specified by them in the registration form in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy. The User gives the Rights Holder consent to the processing of personal information (including personal data) of the User, to the transfer by the Company of such personal information to the partners of the Company, as well as to the processing of such personal information for the purpose of providing the User with the functionality of the Application.
4.6. By registering in the Application, the User agrees to receive informational, marketing and other messages to the mobile phone number specified during Registration (SMS messages, push notifications, calls), including from third parties whose services are available in the Application.
4.7. The user has the right to refuse to receive messages specified in paragraph
4.8 by disabling notifications from the Application in the phone settings.
4.9. The User agrees that the actions performed in the Application after the Authorization are recognized as the actions of the User and all orders given after the Authorization are considered to be given by the User personally.
4.10. The User agrees that they are obliged to immediately notify the Company of any case of unauthorized (not permitted) access and/or any breach of security.
4.2. The user undertakes to provide true, complete and accurate information about themselves in the registration form and to keep this information up to date.
4.3. If the User provides incorrect/incorrect information, or the Company has serious grounds to believe that the information provided by them is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, the Company has the right to suspend or cancel the user's registration and refuse to use the Application.
4.4. From the moment of Registration, the User acquires the status of a registered User and has the opportunity to use the full functionality of the Application.
4.5. From the moment of Registration, the User agrees to the use by the Company of the User's personal data specified by them in the registration form in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy. The User gives the Rights Holder consent to the processing of personal information (including personal data) of the User, to the transfer by the Company of such personal information to the partners of the Company, as well as to the processing of such personal information for the purpose of providing the User with the functionality of the Application.
4.6. By registering in the Application, the User agrees to receive informational, marketing and other messages to the mobile phone number specified during Registration (SMS messages, push notifications, calls), including from third parties whose services are available in the Application.

4.10. The User agrees that they are obliged to immediately notify the Company of any case of unauthorized (not permitted) access and/or any breach of security.
5.1. Within the framework of the Application, the User has access to goods and services of third parties, including, but not limited to, through the formation and sending of requests from Users to such third parties. Unless otherwise specified in the Application, the goods/services are provided in the following order:
The user needs to select the data requested by the Application, the type of recyclables, photos and the address from where to pick up:
After the User performs the specified actions, the Application forms a request for goods/services on behalf of the User;
The user checks the correctness of the information contained in the generated request and gives an order to send it in the form of an electronic document.
5.2. The purchase of goods and services takes place in accordance with the instructions specified in the Application interface.
5.3. The offer of goods and services in the Application is not a public offer and is of an informational nature.
The user needs to select the data requested by the Application, the type of recyclables, photos and the address from where to pick up:
After the User performs the specified actions, the Application forms a request for goods/services on behalf of the User;
The user checks the correctness of the information contained in the generated request and gives an order to send it in the form of an electronic document.
5.2. The purchase of goods and services takes place in accordance with the instructions specified in the Application interface.
5.3. The offer of goods and services in the Application is not a public offer and is of an informational nature.
6.1. The user has the right to:
6.1.1. Use the services available in the Application.
6.1.2. Delete their Account from the Application at any time using the corresponding function in your Profile.
6.2. The user is obligated to:
6.2.1. Comply with the terms of this Agreement.
6.2.2. Not carry out the actions specified in paragraph 5.3 of this Agreement.
6.2.3. Use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
6.3. When using the Application, the User is prohibited from:
6.3.1. Modifying, decompiling, disassembling, decrypting and performing other actions with the object code and source text of the Application in order to obtain information about the implementation of the algorithms used in the Application, create derivative works using the Application, and also carrying out (permitting to carry out) other use of the Application, any components of the Application, without the written consent of the Company.
6.3.2. Using automated scripts (programs) to collect information and (or) interact with the Application.
6.3.3. The User does not have the right to reproduce and distribute the Application for commercial purposes (including for a fee), including as part of collections of software products, without the written consent of the Company.
6.3.4. The User undertakes not to place in the Application and not to send anywhere through / through the Application any materials of the following nature:
violating the law, containing threats and insults, discrediting other persons, violating the rights of citizens to private life or public order, having the character of obscenity;
violating to some extent the honor and dignity, rights and legally protected interests of other persons;
promoting or containing calls for inciting religious, racial or ethnic hatred, containing attempts to incite hatred or calls for violence;
as well as other materials that incite other persons to unlawful behavior that entails criminal, civil and other liability or in any way violates the provisions of the law.
6.3.5. The User undertakes not to upload, place or otherwise use in the Application any materials Prohibited for placement by the legislation of the Russian Federation, materials protected by intellectual property law (including copyright, trademark law), and other materials protected by law without obtain the express permission of the owner of the rights to the protected material. At the same time, the burden of proving that the placement of materials in the Application by the user does not violate the law, as well as the responsibility for illegal placement lies with the User.
6.1.1. Use the services available in the Application.
6.1.2. Delete their Account from the Application at any time using the corresponding function in your Profile.
6.2. The user is obligated to:
6.2.1. Comply with the terms of this Agreement.
6.2.2. Not carry out the actions specified in paragraph 5.3 of this Agreement.
6.2.3. Use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
6.3. When using the Application, the User is prohibited from:
6.3.1. Modifying, decompiling, disassembling, decrypting and performing other actions with the object code and source text of the Application in order to obtain information about the implementation of the algorithms used in the Application, create derivative works using the Application, and also carrying out (permitting to carry out) other use of the Application, any components of the Application, without the written consent of the Company.
6.3.2. Using automated scripts (programs) to collect information and (or) interact with the Application.

6.3.5. The User undertakes not to upload, place or otherwise use in the Application any materials Prohibited for placement by the legislation of the Russian Federation, materials protected by intellectual property law (including copyright, trademark law), and other materials protected by law without obtain the express permission of the owner of the rights to the protected material. At the same time, the burden of proving that the placement of materials in the Application by the user does not violate the law, as well as the responsibility for illegal placement lies with the User.
7.1. The Company has the right to:
7.1.1. Determine the composition of the Application, its structure and appearance, allow and restrict access to the Application.
7.1.2. Resolve issues related to the use of the Application, including on a reimbursable basis, in particular questions about the possibility of placing advertising in the Application, participating in affiliate programs, etc.
7.2. Company responsibilities:
7.2.1. Carrying out ongoing management of sections of the Application.
7.2.2. Processing personal data reported by Users in the manner prescribed by applicable law and the terms of the Personal Data Processing Policy.
7.1.1. Determine the composition of the Application, its structure and appearance, allow and restrict access to the Application.
7.1.2. Resolve issues related to the use of the Application, including on a reimbursable basis, in particular questions about the possibility of placing advertising in the Application, participating in affiliate programs, etc.
7.2. Company responsibilities:
7.2.1. Carrying out ongoing management of sections of the Application.
7.2.2. Processing personal data reported by Users in the manner prescribed by applicable law and the terms of the Personal Data Processing Policy.
8.1. All content of the Application, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, scripts, programs, sounds and other objects and their collections, is the object of the Company's property rights, all exclusive rights to these objects are reserved.
9.1. The application may contain links to third party websites, as well as links to articles, photographs, illustrations, graphics, music, sounds, videos, information, applications, programs and other materials belonging to or originating from third parties.
9.2. Specified in clause 9.1. of the Agreement, third-party sites and their materials are not checked and cannot be checked by the Company for compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (including, but not limited to, reliability, completeness, and good faith).
9.3. The links or instructions for downloading files and/or installing third-party programs placed in the Application do not mean support or approval of these actions by the Company.
9.4. A link to any site, product, service, any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted in the Application does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of these products (services) by the Company.
9.2. Specified in clause 9.1. of the Agreement, third-party sites and their materials are not checked and cannot be checked by the Company for compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (including, but not limited to, reliability, completeness, and good faith).
9.3. The links or instructions for downloading files and/or installing third-party programs placed in the Application do not mean support or approval of these actions by the Company.
9.4. A link to any site, product, service, any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted in the Application does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of these products (services) by the Company.
10.1. To use the Application, the User needs to install certain software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software"), the owner of the rights to which is the Company. Use of the Software in violation of the terms of this Agreement is a violation of the law and entails liability under the laws of the Russian Federation.
10.2. The User is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use a copy of the Software on the territory of the Russian Federation free of charge by reproduction, limited to the launch of a copy of the Software and recording it in the memory of the User's device.
10.3. The User has the right to make copies of a copy of the Software in the amount necessary to ensure that the User can properly use the non-exclusive license. You may also make a copy of a copy of the Software, provided that such copy is for archival purposes only or to replace a legitimately acquired copy of the Software in cases where such copy is lost, destroyed, or rendered unusable. However, all copies of a copy of the Software may not be used for purposes other than those listed in this paragraph, and must be destroyed if possession of a copy of the Software ceases to be legal.
10.4. The user is not allowed to modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt and perform other actions with the object code of the software, aimed at obtaining information about the implementation of the algorithms used in the software, without the written consent of the copyright holder. The User has no right to modify the internal protection mechanism of the Software in any way. Copying software with a knowingly removed or corrupted internal protection mechanism, as well as misusing such software, is illegal. The User is also prohibited from distributing the Software in any material form and by any means, including online or otherwise, as well as by selling, leasing, lending, including import, for any of these purposes.
10.5. The Software is provided to the User "AS IS", in accordance with the principle generally accepted in international practice. This means that for problems that arise during the operation of a copy of the Software by the User (including: problems of compatibility with other software products (packages, drivers, etc.), problems arising from the ambiguous interpretation by the User of the reference information regarding the Software, inconsistencies of the results of using the Software to the User's expectations, etc.), the Company is not responsible.
10.6. The User is solely responsible for possible negative consequences caused by incompatibility or conflicts of the Software with other software products installed on the same User's device. A copy of the Software is not intended and cannot be used in information systems operating in hazardous environments or serving life support systems in which a failure in the operation of the Software can pose a threat to human life and health.
10.2. The User is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use a copy of the Software on the territory of the Russian Federation free of charge by reproduction, limited to the launch of a copy of the Software and recording it in the memory of the User's device.
10.3. The User has the right to make copies of a copy of the Software in the amount necessary to ensure that the User can properly use the non-exclusive license. You may also make a copy of a copy of the Software, provided that such copy is for archival purposes only or to replace a legitimately acquired copy of the Software in cases where such copy is lost, destroyed, or rendered unusable. 10.4. 11.1. The User is responsible to the Company for compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
11.2. The User bears full personal responsibility for the content of the applications generated by him using the Application, as well as for the content of the Materials, for their compliance with the norms of Russian or international legislation, including to the Company and any third parties.
11.3. The User is responsible for the security of the phone number and SMS that comes to this number, as well as for everything that will be done in the Application after Authorization under his phone number and SMS password. In the case of transferring the phone number and password to a third party, the User is solely responsible. The Company is not liable for damage caused as a result of unauthorized access to the User's personal information.
11.4. In the event that the User violates the terms of this Agreement, the Company has the right to suspend, restrict or terminate such User's access to the Application unilaterally, at any time, for any reason or without explanation, with or without prior notice, without being responsible for any damage that may be caused to the User by such action (including terminating the Agreement in full by blocking or deleting the User Account from the Application).
11.2. The User bears full personal responsibility for the content of the applications generated by him using the Application, as well as for the content of the Materials, for their compliance with the norms of Russian or international legislation, including to the Company and any third parties.
11.3. The User is responsible for the security of the phone number and SMS that comes to this number, as well as for everything that will be done in the Application after Authorization under his phone number and SMS password. In the case of transferring the phone number and password to a third party, the User is solely responsible. The Company is not liable for damage caused as a result of unauthorized access to the User's personal information.
11.4. In the event that the User violates the terms of this Agreement, the Company has the right to suspend, restrict or terminate such User's access to the Application unilaterally, at any time, for any reason or without explanation, with or without prior notice, without being responsible for any damage that may be caused to the User by such action (including terminating the Agreement in full by blocking or deleting the User Account from the Application).
12.1. The Company ensures the operation of the Application, however, is not responsible for its uninterrupted operation, for the loss of any data posted in the Application or for causing any other losses that have occurred or may arise when using the Application.
12.2. The Company is not responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of its obligations if this is caused by the User's actions that are beyond the control of the Company, including (including, but not limited to), the characteristics of the User's device, being outside the access zone, and User's errors.
12.3. The Company is not responsible for delays, failures, incorrect or untimely delivery of User requests and other technical problems that lie outside the Company's area of responsibility, caused by, including (including, but not limited to), failures in telecommunications networks, malicious programs, errors in violations functioning of operators providing Internet access services.
12.4. The actions of the Company's partners in the provision of services provided for by this Agreement, including the actions of telecom operators and payment systems, are not the actions of the Company.
12.5. The Company's liability for non-performance and / or improper performance of the terms of the Agreement in any case will be limited to actual damage caused to the User.
12.6. The Company is not responsible for any information posted on third party websites that Users have accessed through the Application, including, but not limited to, any opinions or statements expressed on third party websites or in their materials.
12.7. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally block an account and refuse service to persons in respect of whom the Application will be used in bad faith, as well as the use of technical and software tools for abuse of the right.
12.2. The Company is not responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of its obligations if this is caused by the User's actions that are beyond the control of the Company, including (including, but not limited to), the characteristics of the User's device, being outside the access zone, and User's errors.
12.3. The Company is not responsible for delays, failures, incorrect or untimely delivery of User requests and other technical problems that lie outside the Company's area of responsibility, caused by, including (including, but not limited to), failures in telecommunications networks, malicious programs, errors in violations functioning of operators providing Internet access services.
12.4. The actions of the Company's partners in the provision of services provided for by this Agreement, including the actions of telecom operators and payment systems, are not the actions of the Company.
12.5. The Company's liability for non-performance and / or improper performance of the terms of the Agreement in any case will be limited to actual damage caused to the User.
12.6. The Company is not responsible for any information posted on third party websites that Users have accessed through the Application, including, but not limited to, any opinions or statements expressed on third party websites or in their materials.
12.7. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally block an account and refuse service to persons in respect of whom the Application will be used in bad faith, as well as the use of technical and software tools for abuse of the right.
13.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Issues not regulated by the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
13.2. This Agreement, including any published changes to this Agreement, comes into force for the User from the moment of Acceptance by the User and is valid for the entire period of use by the User of the Application.
13.3. Due to the gratuitousness of the terms of this agreement, the rules on consumer protection cannot be applied to the relationship between the User and the Company.
13.4. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment between the User and the Company of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for in this Agreement.

13.2. This Agreement, including any published changes to this Agreement, comes into force for the User from the moment of Acceptance by the User and is valid for the entire period of use by the User of the Application.
13.3. Due to the gratuitousness of the terms of this agreement, the rules on consumer protection cannot be applied to the relationship between the User and the Company.
13.4. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment between the User and the Company of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for in this Agreement.
